Being saved means that you have tasted salvation. Salvation comes first by praying the salvation prayer and then walking on salvation throughout our lives. This can be achieved by receiving, reaching in and reaching out.

Receive

Breaking through starts with the conscious decision to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. After that, the sky is the limit. The Bible tells us that when we accept Christ, we receive the Holy Spirit. In case you have never accepted Christ as your personal Saviour but want to, just pray the following prayer from your heart:

Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God who came to free me from sin. You lived your life as a righteous Man who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the death. I believe that all of my shortcomings are redeemed through You. You have overcome sin. Therefore I believe that through You, I can receive a blessed life as was intended for mankind to have. That is why I have come to You to pray this prayer and tell You that I need You. I thank You for dying on the cross for my sins and redeeming me. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Saviour and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. Amen

Reach in

Once you have received Christ as your personal Saviour by praying the salvation prayer, He who is omnipresent is within you. This implies that you will go to heaven, since Jesus Christ is the only Way to God the Father. Thus your soul is saved. However, your body may still live in sin, while your mind may be trapped somewhere in between your body and soul. It is then your responsibility to lift yourself out of this state of confusion by feeding your mind with God’s Word. When you start thinking right, you will act right.

Reach out

Completeness is a state of mind, which involves a great dose of love. Love is only love when it is shared. Therefore reach out to others and join us. Together we can be the salt and light of the world!
